  • The Account Name is the same as your POP3 Login.

    This is the part of your E-Mail address before the @ sign followed by a per iod and some extension (IE jdavis or jdavis.pow).

  • Account Names can be found by logging into the Control Panel

  • ALL Account Names are lowercase. Passwords may vary.

    • E-MAIL CONTROL PANEL :    Domain Hosting members with Control Panel capability can access their on-line E-Mail Management functions (Add/Remove/Edit Accounts Live) by using the following URL :

      http://mail.mydomain.com/siteadmin

    ... where mydomain.com is the name of the actual web domain.

    SUPPORT :    Support on all types of E-Mail accounts and their respective setups and configurations can be found in our E-Mail Support Section.

    DOWNLOAD MAIL :    Please make sure that you pull mail via a pop3 client weekly so that the bulk of your mail is downloaded off the mail server. Using only WebMail can cause a buildup where your account could reach a full status an no longer be able to obtain inbound mail. Please download this E-Mail once a week or so to a POP3 Compatible E-Mail program (Outlook, Eudora, etc.).
